NJ Auto Minimum Limits Rise to 35/70/25 in 2026
Under NJ DOBI Bulletin 25-06, minimum auto liability limits jump from $25K/$50K bodily injury and $25K property damage to $35K/$70K and $25K effective January 1, 2026. This is New Jersey's first minimum-limits increase in more than 50 years.
